Time to renew your real estate license?
In 2020, the Department of Licensing updated their website. Renewing your license can no longer be done by mail and needs to be renewed on the new website: https://professions.dol.wa.gov
REMINDER THAT FINGERPRINTS ARE 50 DAYS BEHIND. If you have not had your fingerprints done in 6 years, this will be a requirement. Renew early so that your fingerprints can get there in time.
