This document is to be signed for any listings in the Sudden Valley Community Association. It advises the Buyers of the 2021 Buyer Transfer Fee imposed at escrow and monthly dues and special assessments.
The addendum also reflects that the Buyers acknowledge that properties within Sudden Valley are subject to a Homeowner’s Association By-Laws, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.
