Michael Dormer is the Principal Broker of Halcyon Home Loans. His core belief about his clients is that they aren’t defined by their credit scores, job history, or down payment. They are living, breathing people, who are important and worthy of being treated with excellence and care. Michael believes his job is to make their lives better, and he does this through providing education about finances and homeownership, and the resources to make that a reality for his clients.

Michael’s experience as a mortgage professional spans nearly two decades, and he has held leadership positions at both major national banks and small, hometown lenders alike. He holds the designation of CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist); the industry’s highest professional accreditation. Over the course of his career, Michael and his associates have helped thousands of families achieve the dream of homeownership, representing over $650 Million in closed home loans (and counting!), placing him in the Top 1% of all brokers nationwide.
